ESPO Studios, part of the ESPO Drama line by Accelerated Experiences LLC · Effective June 29, 2026

This policy explains what information ESPO Studios (“ESPO Studios,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We’ve tried to keep it plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, email us at anthonye@aexperiences.studio.

The short version

The subject you give ESPO Studios is sent to our AI provider so it can write your story. The writing it produces is generated on demand and, unless you export it, stays in your browser on your device — we don’t keep your scripts on our servers. If you subscribe or buy credits, payment is handled by Stripe and we never see your card number. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• What you submit. The subject, brief, and choices you enter are processed to generate your screenplay, songs, and branching story. To do that, your input is sent to our AI provider (see below).
• Saved on your device. Your email (if you enter one), your settings, and your recent results are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. We don’t copy your generated work to our servers.
• Account & purchases. If you subscribe or buy credits or a gift, we keep your email and your entitlement state — whether a subscription is active and your credit balance — so we can deliver what you paid for. Payment details are collected directly by Stripe; we receive only confirmation of the purchase, not your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit) to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To run the engine — write your screenplay, songs, and playable story, and let you export them to PDF.
• To manage your subscription, credits, and any gift purchase.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make ESPO Studios work, and only as needed:

• Anthropic — powers the writing. The subject and material you submit are sent to Anthropic to generate the story. (Anthropic privacy)
• Stripe — processes subscription, credit, and gift payments. (Stripe privacy)
• Vercel — hosts the website and serves the app. (Vercel privacy)

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or our company. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Data stored on your device stays until you clear it (you can remove it anytime by clearing your browser’s site data for espodrama.com). Account and entitlement records are kept as long as needed to provide the service; purchase records held by Stripe are kept to meet legal and accounting obligations. Material sent to our AI provider is handled under its policy.

Your choices and rights

• On-device data: clear your browser’s storage for espodrama.com to erase your email, settings, and saved results.
• Your account and personal data: to access, correct, or delete information, or to ask a privacy question, email anthonye@aexperiences.studio. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.

Children

ESPO Studios is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our payment and AI providers maintain their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll change the effective date above, and significant changes will be reflected here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
